CineShots was founded by Steven Shulgach and Gabriela Kostadinova in Los Angeles, California with the purpose of helping other actors build their reel with skillfully crafted, high quality, cinematic content created by industry professionals at an affordable rate.

Steven Shulgach Steven grew up surrounded by artists in his family, and began his career in film through his love for visual effects and animation at age 14. With over 10 years experience in camera work, starting in award winning visuals in student films, Steven’s cinematic eye can be seen in narrative work including features, episodic series, and short films. He and his wife, Gabriela Kostadinova, live in Los Angeles and continuously collaborate to create outstanding and inspirational work together, utilizing their passion of the visual arts to tell moving stories to touch people’s lives.
Over the last 5 years, Steven has worked in a variety of capacities in the camera department across a broad range of television and feature sets. His best know Director of Photography credits include feature films Cream of The Crop (2022) starring Ben Davies and Brittany Goodwin, First Lady (2020), starring Corbin Bernsen and Nancy Stafford, and Juniper (2021) On every collaboration, Steven reassures the project’s vision maintains it’s creative integrity throughout production.
Gabriela Kostadinova is an actress, writer, dancer and martial artist with cumulative entertainment experience of 15 years. Originally from Bulgaria, now based in Los Angeles, Gabriela has spent 6 years training with some of the best in the industry (Dimiter Marinov, John Rosenfeld, Anthony Meindl) and thus far had appeared in projects for Discovery Channel, US Army, 2K Games and alongside actors Corbin Bernsen, Nancy Stafford, Stacey Dash in the upcoming feature film “First Lady.”
